All orders have a $5 flat rate with no extra charge for Rural delivery. However, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Orders are shipped by tracked courier on weekdays only.

Delivery times vary between 5 - 10 days depending on stock availability and order size.

Australia

All orders have a $25 flat rate.

Orders are shipped by tracked courier on weekdays only.

Delivery times vary between 7 - 14 days depending on stock availability and order size.

International

All other orders outside of New Zealand and Australia:

• $35 flat rate for non tracked or insured shipping.
• $55 flat rate for tracked and insured shipping.

Returns

If you change your mind, no problem, we would be happy to exchange your order or give you store credit. Just get in touch with us within 30 days of placing your order. Though please note, this excludes shipping charges and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. To send your item for exchange, just courier them to the address provided below. Please ensure the item is in good condition and packaged well. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we can't replace lost or damaged returns.
